Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes, both. Do avoid extreme temperature swings, though — a cold plate straight into a hot oven — to prevent hairline cracks in the glaze.

When will it arrive?

Ordered before 4pm, it ships the next working day from Ede. In practice your new tableware is usually in your kitchen within two working days.

Does my set differ from the photo?

Probably a little, yes. This line is hand-painted, so differences in shape, glaze thickness and colour depth are part of it. That's not a flaw — that's why you're buying it.

Preserving the quality

  • Thermal shock: avoid extreme temperature swings (cold to hot) to prevent cracking.
  • Cutlery marks: any metal marks on the glaze come off easily with baking soda.
