Returns

You have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt.

• Costs: return shipping is at your own expense.
• Packaging: because ceramics are heavy and fragile, we recommend reusing the original packaging and sending the shipment insured.
• Condition: products must arrive unused and in new condition. The original shipping costs are credited on a full return (the amount you paid for shipping with your order), but you bear the return costs yourself.
