Shipping & Delivery Time
We ship all our orders from our distribution point in Ede .
- Rates : The standard shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium are €6.95 .
- Free shipping : For orders with a value of €75 or more, shipping costs are completely waived.
- Delivery time : Orders placed before 4:00 PM are usually delivered within 1-2 business days via DHL or PostNL. You will immediately receive a Track & Trace code by email.
How are fragile ceramics packaged?
Our shipping company has years of experience shipping fragile goods. They use double-walled cardboard boxes and shock-absorbing, biodegradable packing material. Our breakage rates are extremely low thanks to this "box-in-box" method.
Breakage Warranty: What if something arrives damaged?
Ceramics are precious and fragile. Should anything unexpectedly break during transport, we will resolve it immediately:
- Please send a photo of the damaged items and the shipping box to support@wabi-sabilivingware.nl within 24 hours of receipt .
- We will send you a replacement free of charge or credit your purchase price.
Returns
You have a statutory reflection period of 14 days after receipt.
- Costs : Returns are at your own expense.
- Packaging : Because ceramics are heavy and fragile, we recommend reusing the original packaging and sending the shipment with insurance.
- Condition : Products must arrive unused and in new condition. The original shipping costs (€6.95) will be credited for a full return, but you are responsible for the return costs.
