Wat als er iets gebroken aankomt?
Dan stuur ik het kosteloos opnieuw. Mail me binnen zeven dagen met een foto van het stuk en de doos, en ik regel een vervanging of volledige terugbetaling. Geen formulieren.
Mag het in de vaatwasser en de magnetron?
Ja, beide. Vermijd wel extreme temperatuurwisselingen — een koud bord direct in een hete oven — om haarscheurtjes in het glazuur te voorkomen.
Wanneer is het bezorgd?
Voor 16:00 besteld gaat de volgende werkdag de deur uit vanuit Ede. In de praktijk sta je meestal binnen twee werkdagen met je nieuwe servies in de keuken.
Wijkt mijn set af van de foto?
Waarschijnlijk een beetje, ja. Dit is handwerk, dus verschillen in vorm, glazuurdikte en kleurdiepte horen erbij. Dat is geen fout — dat is waarom je het koopt.
Kan ik later bijbestellen?
Ja. Losse stukken vind je onder Per stuk. Is iets tijdelijk uitverkocht, laat dan je e-mailadres achter op de productpagina — je krijgt bericht zodra het er weer is.

Behoud van kwaliteit
- Thermische schok: voorkom extreme temperatuurwisselingen (koud naar heet) om barsten te voorkomen.
- Besteksporen: eventuele metaalstrepen op het glazuur verwijder je eenvoudig met baking soda.
- Drogen: droog het servies na het wassen goed af en berg het geventileerd op.
